2 tablespoons green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cups apple (diced)
3 cups cabbage (shredded)
1 cup carrot (shredded)
3 slices of pineapple
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
In a bowl, mix together green pepper, apple, sugar, and vinegar. Let stand
for 5 minuets, then mix ingredients again, top with shredded carrots and
pineapple slices then serve.
