1 Tuna Fillet (Previously Baked)
1 can cannellini beans
1small onion (finely chopped)
1/2tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 clove crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
2 tablespoons basil (freshly chopped)
6 pitted black olives
1 head of lettuce
In a medium bowl, combine together onion and beans. In a separate bowl, beat
vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, black pepper and basil. Once beaten
together well, add this to the bean and onion combination. Next, line a serving
bowl with lettuce leaves, pour mixture into serving bowl, flake tuna fillet
and arrange over top. Black olives are to be added for decoration.
