Bahamian Tropical Drinks
Killens Blue Caribbean Dream
1 part Quervo Especial Tequila
2 1/2 parts Blue Gatorade
pinch of sugar
Serve over crushed ice, and takes time to acquire the taste
Island Girl
1 1\4 oz vodka
3 oz orange juice
4 oz lemon lime soda
1 cherry
1 small pineapple wedge
Grenadine to colour
Fill glass half full with crushed ice, place cherry
in bottom of glass.
Add vodka, soda and orange juice. Use pineapple wedge attached
to umbrella to garnish.
Gully Wash
2 ounces of gin
6-8 ounces of coconut water*In large glass place several ice cubes, add gin
and fill the remaining space with coconut water.
*Coconut water is the liquid you pour out of a fresh
coconut.
Broken Down Golf Cart
1/2 oz Ameretto
1/2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
1 drop lime juiceShake and pour over ice
Bob Marley
1 oz Tia Maria
1 oz pineapple juicePour Tia Maria into a cordial glass. Float the pineapple juice on top by
holding a teaspoon upside down over the glass and pouring the pineapple
juice over it slowly.
Glennas' Hot and Fuzzy Navel
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz 150 proof Bacardi Rum
Orange juice
3 drops Bahamian hot sauceShake all ingredients together and serve in high ball glass.
